Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Limitation of Liability
Audexa provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Termination
Audexa may suspend your access if you breach these terms. In case of termination, you will have the right to export your data for 30 days.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any controversy shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.
