Audexa provides software tools for audit and compliance management. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with your subscription plan.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws.

Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information during the registration process.

Service Conditions

The service is provided based on the contracted subscription plan. Each plan includes different levels of functionality, monthly audit limits, and support.

Audexa reserves the right to modify aspects of the service, notifying users with reasonable advance notice.

Acceptable Use

The user agrees not to use the platform to:

• Engage in illegal or fraudulent activities.
• Transmit malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
• Attempt unauthorized access to other users' systems.
• Use the platform in a way that could damage or impair the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without authorization.

Intellectual Property

The platform is the exclusive property of Audexa Group LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without authorization.

Reports and data generated by the user are the property of the user.

Payments and Subscriptions

Paid services are billed in advance according to the chosen billing cycle (monthly or annual). You can cancel your subscription at any time.

Price changes will be notified at least 30 days in advance. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.

Data Protection

The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy. Audexa acts as a data processor for the data you enter into the platform.

Limitation of Liability

Audexa provides the platform "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Audexa is not a law firm or legal consultancy. Our reports are support tools and do not constitute professional legal advice.

Termination

Audexa may suspend your access if you breach these terms. In case of termination, you will have the right to export your data for 30 days.

Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any controversy shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of Wyoming courts.
