Sub-processors and hosting

This page identifies the external providers that support the Audexa website and platform infrastructure. Audexa reviews this list when the services used to operate the platform change.

Internal systems
Audexa uses internal systems hosted in Barcelona to manage contact requests and commercial follow-up. These systems are operated by Audexa and are not independent external sub-processors.
Data residence
Audexa customer and platform data, including databases, application storage and backups, is hosted in Barcelona. Vercel is used for frontend delivery and Cloudflare for DNS; neither service is used as the persistent store for the Audexa platform database.
Security and data protection
We continuously apply layers of technical and organisational security to protect customer data, privacy and the infrastructure that supports Audexa. Customer data is protected with encryption, access controls and ongoing security measures designed to preserve its confidentiality, integrity and availability.
Audexa does not sell customer data or transfer it for commercial purposes. Customer platform data remains hosted in Barcelona and is only shared with the technical providers strictly necessary to operate the service, as described on this page.
Changes to this list
Audexa will update this page when a provider that supports the operation of the website or platform is added, removed or materially changed. The date above identifies the current version of the list.
