Questions about the plans
Why don't you publish prices?
Because the cost depends on the frameworks, users and modules you need. We'd rather give you a fixed proposal for your case than a rate that doesn't fit.
Is there a long-term commitment?
It depends on the contract and the agreement reached in each case. Longer commitments can come with attractive discounts; we agree the terms with you before you subscribe.
Can I change plans or add modules later?
Yes. Ask from inside the platform or through your sales contact and we adjust it. Plan changes are never applied automatically.
What counts as an audit?
Every audit you start, even if you save it as a draft. Core and Premium have a monthly allowance; Free includes one audit in total and Diamond is unlimited.
How are assets counted?
Per section: devices, software, SaaS, suppliers and contracts each have their own limit. Only assets in use count; retired ones free their place, and NinjaOne and SentinelOne syncs are never blocked.
What is an Aude request?
Each Aude explanation (of a control, gap, task or policy) is a basic request. Analysing an evidence document is an advanced request, and the first analysis of each document also uses one basic request. The allowance renews every month.
Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan includes one ISO 27001 audit, one executive PDF report and the audit tasks, with no card required.
